The HD80 LV model is a DLP projector from Optoma, intended for High-End Homecinema applications, offering 2200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 8000:1 at HDTV 1920 x 1080. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 2000 hours before a replacement is necessary. A look at the light output reveals: The 2200 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 477 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 318 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. Since entering the market in 2008, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
