Designed for the Homecinema sector, the MovieTime DV11 model from Optoma features 1600 ANSI lumens, a native SVGA 800 x 600 resolution and a contrast ratio of 2200:1. According to Optoma, the lamp has a durability of 2000 hours. Looking at practical performance, up to 348 cm can be illuminated with 1600 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 232 cm. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. A look at the data sheet confirms a very subtle fan noise for the projector at just 28 decibels. Since entering the market in 2007, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
