This projector from Optoma utilizes DLP technology, achieving 2500 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 10000:1 at a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080. According to Optoma, the lamp has a durability of 2000 hours. The optical system is designed for the use of interchangeable lenses, allowing for a tailor-made configuration for almost any throw ratio. The Lens Calculator is available to calculate the exact dimensions. Regarding projection size, the value of 2500 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 508 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 339 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. The projector was released in 2007 and is officially no longer distributed by Optoma.
