Categorized in the Standard-Portabel segment, the DW416 projector from Optoma projects with a WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution, alongside 4500 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 20000:1. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 3500 hours for this projector's lamp. To facilitate room installation, the device is equipped with mechanical lens shift and additional keystone correction. Precise setup distances can be determined in the Lens Shift Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 4500 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 682 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 455 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. The built-in HDMI-MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) port enables screen mirroring from a smartphone while simultaneously charging it. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. The projector was released in 2018 and is officially no longer distributed by Optoma.
