According to Optoma, the DW318 model provides 2500 ANSI lumens, a contrast ratio of 2500:1 alongside a WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 3000 hours. A look at the light output reveals: The 2500 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 508 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 339 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. In the specifications, the operating noise is listed at a mere 28 decibels, indicating very quiet cooling. The projector was released in 2010 and is officially no longer distributed by Optoma.
