The Optoma HCPro-4400 is a 3D-DLP projector that brings 5000 ANSI lumens, a UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160 resolution alongside a contrast of 3200000:1. Using this laser phosphor technology, the light source runtime is rated at 30000 hours, covering an estimated 20.5 years based on a 4-hour daily runtime. For precise setup, the device features a lens shift mechanism that allows for optical image shifting. To plan the individual installation location, a look at the Distance Calculator is recommended. Looking at practical performance, up to 718 cm can be illuminated with 5000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 479 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K as well as 3D. An additional 360° projection capability allows the device to be oriented at almost any angle. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Thanks to support for optional Miracast and Airplay, screen content can also be cast wirelessly from a smartphone, tablet, or PC to the screen.
