Based on DLP technology, the Optoma DX605R projects images in a Standard-Portabel environment, with technical specs listing 2200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2500:1 and a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 3000 hours. Regarding projection size, the value of 2200 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 408 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 272 cm. The projector was released in 2006 and is officially no longer distributed by Optoma.
