The EH400+ model from Optoma combines DLP technology in the Homecinema sector with 4000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 22000:1 and a native HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 5000 hours. A daily usage of 2 hours makes an operational lifespan of 6.8 years possible. Looking at practical performance, up to 643 cm can be illuminated with 4000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 429 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported. The built-in HDMI-MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) port enables screen mirroring from a smartphone while simultaneously charging it. The projector was released in 2017 and is officially no longer distributed by Optoma.
