This projector from Optoma utilizes 3D-LED-DLP technology, achieving 3600 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 22000:1 at a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 4000 hours – mathematically sufficient for 5.5 years based on two hours of use per day. Regarding projection size, the value of 3600 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 610 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 407 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. A look at the data sheet confirms a very subtle fan noise for the projector at just 28 decibels. This model dates back to 2021 and is no longer part of Optoma's current product range.
