Categorized in the Standard-Portabel segment, the TS400 projector from Optoma projects with a SVGA 800 x 600 resolution, alongside 2200 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 2000:1. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 2000 hours. A look at the light output reveals: The 2200 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 408 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 272 cm. Regarding noise emissions, the model proves to be exceptionally quiet during operation, producing just 28 decibels. Since entering the market in 2006, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.

Makes a good bidl but is a bit loud... have 6 in a disco for maintenance... despite the protective housing, one has already become cloudy and another has hung up in the software when booting up so that it did not search for sources... and are a bit sensitive when videoing in...
conclusion: quite nice but not the best... may soon switch to acer PD100D is brighter quieter(not as important) and clearer and also smaller than the Optoma...
