This projector is named Photon Life PK31, originates from Optoma, and its data sheet shows 1125 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000000:1 and a resolution of UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160. Thanks to LED technology, the projector is rated for a lifespan of up to 30000 hours – calculating to 20.5 years at four hours of use per day. The image geometry can be adjusted via the built-in keystone correction so that a clean, rectangular display is achieved even with non-ideal placement. To make performance data comparable based on the ISO lumen values, we calculated an approximate ANSI lumen value. Regarding projection size, the value of 1125 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 292 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 195 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K as well as 3D. An additional 360° projection capability allows the device to be oriented at almost any angle.
