The ProScene ZU1100 model from Optoma combines DLP technology in the Stationary sector with 9600 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000000:1 and a native WUXGA 1920 x 1200 resolution. This is a laser projector with a light source designed to last for 30000 hours – calculating to 20.5 years at four hours of use per day. For distortion-free image alignment, the projector offers both a lens shift function and keystone correction, granting significant leeway during mounting. For maximum setup flexibility, the model supports optional interchangeable lenses, meaning the optics can be precisely matched to individual on-site requirements. Suitable distances can be determined using the Projector Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 9600 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 995 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 663 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported, and also offers the technical capability for 360° projection. The model is perfectly equipped for complex installations: In addition to the RJ45 jack for network administration, an HDBaseT port is available, transporting high-resolution AV signals over a single Cat cable.
