According to Optoma, the W461 model provides 5000 ANSI lumens, a contrast ratio of 20000:1 alongside a WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 3500 hours. For basic image adjustment, the device is equipped with horizontal and vertical keystone correction, allowing digital compensation for trapezoidal distortion at angled projection setups. Regarding projection size, the value of 5000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 718 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 479 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported. The built-in HDMI-MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) port enables screen mirroring from a smartphone while simultaneously charging it. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. In the specifications, the operating noise is listed at a mere 29 decibels, indicating very quiet cooling. Since entering the market in 2018, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
