The ZK430ST model from Optoma combines DLP technology in the Short Distance sector with 3700 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 300000:1 and a native UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160 resolution. The laser technology ensures a specified light source lifespan of up to 30000 hours. Daily use of 4 hours makes an operational lifespan of over 20.5 years possible. The image geometry can be adjusted via the built-in keystone correction so that a clean, rectangular display is achieved even with non-ideal placement. With its short projection distance, the short-throw model excels in smaller rooms, requiring only 99 cm of wall distance for an image width of 2 meters. A look at the light output reveals: The 3700 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 618 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 412 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K as well as 3D are supported. An additional 360° projection capability allows the device to be oriented at almost any angle. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. In the specifications, the operating noise is listed at a mere 30 decibels, indicating very quiet cooling.
