Based on DLP technology, the Optoma ML1080ST device delivers 1200 ANSI lumens, a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080 and a contrast of 800:1 as a projector. The laser technology ensures a specified light source lifespan of up to 30000 hours, which translates to 20.5 years with 4 hours of daily use. To reduce dependence on stationary power sources, the model is equipped with a built-in battery for autonomous operation. A look at the light output reveals: The 1200 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 352 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 235 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported, and also offers the technical capability for 360° projection. Regarding noise emissions, the model proves to be exceptionally quiet during operation, producing just 28 decibels.
