The equipment of the Optoma UHL55 projector includes 1500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 250000:1 with a UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160 display. Optoma lists a runtime of 20000 hours for the LED in this projector – equivalent to a usable life of 13.7 years at 4 hours a day. Looking at practical performance, up to 393 cm can be illuminated with 1500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 262 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K as well as 3D are supported, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. Integrated voice control via Google Assistant also facilitates menu navigation and content searching. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. This model dates back to 2018 and is no longer part of Optoma's current product range.
