According to Optoma, the ML1000 / CA model provides 1000 ANSI lumens, a contrast ratio of 15000:1 alongside a WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution. As an LED projector, the spec sheet indicates a lifespan of 20000 hours, covering an estimated 13.7 years based on a 4-hour daily runtime. A look at the light output reveals: The 1000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 321 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 214 cm. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. The projector was released in 2013 and is officially no longer distributed by Optoma. As an archive device, the projector remains highly relevant in our database.
