The basic data of the Optoma HD803 includes 1200 ANSI lumens, a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080 as well as a contrast of 8000:1. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 3000 hours. Looking at practical performance, up to 352 cm can be illuminated with 1200 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 235 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. Since entering the market in 2007, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
