Based on DLP technology, the Optoma EH400 device delivers 4000 ANSI lumens, a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080 and a contrast of 22000:1 as a projector. According to Optoma, the included lamp lasts up to 5000 hours. A daily usage of 2 hours makes an operational lifespan of 6.8 years possible. Regarding projection size, the value of 4000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 643 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 429 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D. The built-in HDMI-MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) port enables screen mirroring from a smartphone while simultaneously charging it. Since entering the market in 2017, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
