Categorized in the Standard-Portabel segment, the GX5100 projector from Optoma projects with a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution, alongside 2800 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 5000:1. According to Optoma, the included lamp lasts up to 5000 hours, achieving a lifespan of 6.8 years when used for 2 hours a day. A look at the light output reveals: The 2800 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 461 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 307 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. With a value of only 28 decibels, the noise level during operation remains pleasantly in the background. This model dates back to 2012 and is no longer part of Optoma's current product range.
