The projector H181X by Optoma operates as a 3D-DLP device with 3200 ANSI lumens, a HDTV 1280 x 720 resolution and a contrast of 23000:1. According to Optoma, the included lamp lasts up to 5000 hours. A daily usage of 2 hours makes an operational lifespan of 6.8 years possible. Looking at practical performance, up to 575 cm can be illuminated with 3200 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 383 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D. The projector was released in 2014 and is officially no longer distributed by Optoma.
