Behind the name X307UST is a 3D-DLP projector by Optoma, whose main features include 3100 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 15000:1 and a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. According to Optoma, the included lamp lasts up to 3000 hours. With its built-in wide-angle optics, the device belongs to the category of short-throw projectors. An image width of 2 meters is realized from a short distance of 86 cm. A look at the light output reveals: The 3100 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 485 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 323 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Equipped with a microphone jack and built-in speakers (10W), audio signals during presentations can be played back directly without an external audio system. Since entering the market in 2013, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
