According to Optoma, the GT2200HDR model provides 3300 ANSI lumens, a contrast ratio of 500000:1 alongside a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution. An LED lifespan of 30000 hours is noted in the data sheet for this model, covering an estimated 20.5 years based on a 4-hour daily runtime. To ensure a rectangular image even with asymmetrical placement, the projector includes digital keystone correction for both the horizontal and vertical axes. With its built-in wide-angle optics, the device belongs to the category of short-throw projectors. An image width of 2 meters is realized from a short distance of 138 cm. Looking at practical performance, up to 500 cm can be illuminated with 3300 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 333 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported, and also offers the technical capability for 360° projection. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Thanks to support for optional Miracast and Airplay, screen content can also be cast wirelessly from a smartphone, tablet, or PC to the screen.
