According to Optoma, the EH505e model provides 5000 ANSI lumens, a contrast ratio of 2000:1 alongside a WUXGA 1920 x 1200 resolution. According to Optoma, the included lamp lasts up to 3000 hours. Thanks to the combination of optical lens shift and digital keystone correction, the projected image's position can be adjusted very flexibly. A major advantage for professional installations is the ability to use interchangeable lenses, allowing the projector to adapt to highly varied projection distances. Which optic is required for a specific case can easily be calculated via the Distance Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 5000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 718 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 479 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D. The projector was released in 2017 and is officially no longer distributed by Optoma.
