As a projector for the Standard-Portabel sector, the Optoma ES556 is equipped with 3000 ANSI lumens, a SVGA 800 x 600 resolution and a contrast of 13000:1. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 4500 hours, which amounts to roughly 6.2 years at 2 hours of daily use. Looking at practical performance, up to 477 cm can be illuminated with 3000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 318 cm. This model dates back to 2012 and is no longer part of Optoma's current product range.
