With the HD29HLVx, Optoma offers a 3D-DLP projector that features 4500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 50000:1 and a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080. According to Optoma, the included lamp lasts up to 4000 hours – mathematically sufficient for 5.5 years based on two hours of use per day. Regarding projection size, the value of 4500 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 682 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 455 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. Regarding noise emissions, the model proves to be exceptionally quiet during operation, producing just 28 decibels. This model dates back to 2022 and is no longer part of Optoma's current product range.
