The equipment of the Optoma EX685UTis projector includes 3000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 3000:1 with a XGA 1024 x 768 display. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 2000 hours for this projector's lamp. A look at the light output reveals: The 3000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 477 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 318 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Specifically for the educational or business sector, an interactive whiteboard function is also integrated. Equipped with a microphone jack and built-in speakers (10W), audio signals during presentations can be played back directly without an external audio system. The projector was released in 2013 and is officially no longer distributed by Optoma.
