The Mirage 2000 model from Christie combines DLP technology in the Stationary sector with 2000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 800:1 and a native SXGA 1280 x 1024 resolution. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 1000 hours. In terms of image alignment, the model offers an optical lens shift function, allowing the image to be shifted on the projection surface without any loss of quality. The specifications identify the device as a model with an interchangeable lens option. Matching optional optics allow for exact adaptation to the required image size and projection distance, which can be calculated directly with the Projection Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 2000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 379 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 253 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. The projector was released in 2002 and is officially no longer distributed by Christie. For your information: Compatible lamps for this device are no longer available in stores.
