Model Overview Based on DLP technology, the Christie DWU1800-JS device delivers 15000 ANSI lumens, a resolution of WUXGA 1920 x 1200 and a contrast of 25000:1 as a projector. With its laser unit, the projector offers a specified light lifespan of 20000 hours, which translates to 13.7 years with 4 hours of daily use.
For maximum setup flexibility, the model supports optional interchangeable lenses, meaning the optics can be precisely matched to individual on-site requirements. Suitable distances can be determined using the Projector Calculator.
Looking at practical performance, up to 1244 cm can be illuminated with 15000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 829 cm.
For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported. The model is perfectly equipped for complex installations: In addition to the RJ45 jack for network administration, an HDBaseT port is available, transporting high-resolution AV signals over a single Cat cable.
