This projector from Christie utilizes LED-DLP technology, achieving 8100 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 1300000:1 at a resolution of WUXGA 1920 x 1200. The laser technology ensures a specified light source lifespan of up to 20000 hours. Daily use of 4 hours makes an operational lifespan of over 13.7 years possible. Both optical image shifting (lens shift) and digital keystone adjustment are included, enabling exact alignment on the screen. Accurate distances are provided by the Distance Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 8100 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 914 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 609 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K. The HDBaseT connection particularly shows its strengths in complex installations, enabling long transmission paths with standard CAT cables.
