The basic data of the Christie DWU1082-GS includes 10875 ANSI lumens, a resolution of WUXGA 1920 x 1200 as well as a contrast of 3000000:1. Using this laser phosphor technology, the light source runtime is rated at 20000 hours. Daily use of 4 hours makes an operational lifespan of over 13.7 years possible. Thanks to the combination of optical lens shift and digital keystone correction, the projected image's position can be adjusted very flexibly. Thanks to the interchangeable lens system, the device can be equipped with optional lenses to react flexibly to different room sizes. Exact values for specific rooms are provided by the Projection Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 10875 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 1060 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 707 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported, and also offers the technical capability for 360° projection. Connectivity for fixed installations is rounded off by an RJ45 port for remote maintenance and an HDBaseT interface, which transmits bundled video, audio, and control data over long cable runs. This model dates back to 2020 and is no longer part of Christie's current product range.
