Behind the name HD2Kc is a DLP projector by Christie, whose main features include 2300 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 and a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution. According to Christie, the included lamp lasts up to 2000 hours. The presence of a lens shift function enables flexible vertical or horizontal positioning of the projector without digital interference. Thanks to the interchangeable lens system, the device can be equipped with optional lenses to react flexibly to different room sizes. Exact values for specific rooms are provided by the Projection Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 2300 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 487 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 325 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. This model dates back to 2007 and is no longer part of Christie's current product range. Note: According to our information, replacement lamps (original or generic) are no longer available for this projector.
