The Christie M 4K15 RGB is a 3D-Laser-DLP projector that brings 14000 ANSI lumens, a WUXGA 1920 x 1200 resolution alongside a contrast of 6000:1. With its laser unit, the projector offers a specified light lifespan of 25000 hours, which translates to 17.1 years with 4 hours of daily use. To meet a wide variety of installation conditions, the projector offers the option of using different interchangeable lenses. Verifying the respective distances is easily possible via the Projector Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 1202 cm can be illuminated with 14000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 801 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K as well as 3D are supported. Furthermore, the model supports 360° projections for highly flexible deployment scenarios. The HDBaseT connection particularly shows its strengths in complex installations, enabling long transmission paths with standard CAT cables.
