With the 4K13-HS, Christie offers a 3D-DLP projector that features 12500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 4000000:1 and a resolution of UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160. With its laser unit, the projector offers a specified light lifespan of 20000 hours, covering an estimated 13.7 years based on a 4-hour daily runtime. To meet a wide variety of installation conditions, the projector offers the option of using different interchangeable lenses. A look at the light output reveals: The 12500 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 1136 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 757 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P and 4K as well as 3D, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. Connectivity for fixed installations is rounded off by an RJ45 port for remote maintenance and an HDBaseT interface, which transmits bundled video, audio, and control data over long cable runs.
