Designed for the Short Distance sector, the BrightLink 770Fi model from Epson USA features 4100 ANSI lumens, a native HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution and a contrast ratio of 2500000:1. The laser technology ensures a specified light source lifespan of up to 20000 hours, covering an estimated 13.7 years based on a 4-hour daily runtime. To compensate for angled projection positions, the model features 2D keystone correction, which digitally corrects trapezoidal distortion. The short-throw capabilities allow for large images at a short projection distance. According to specifications, a 2-meter wide image requires a distance of only 500 cm. A look at the light output reveals: The 4100 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 651 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 434 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Thanks to support for Miracast, screen content can also be cast wirelessly from a smartphone, tablet, or PC to the screen.
