The Epson USA PowerLite S4 is a LCD projector that brings 1800 ANSI lumens, a SVGA 800 x 600 resolution alongside a contrast of 500:1. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 2000 hours before a replacement is necessary. A look at the light output reveals: The 1800 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 369 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 246 cm. The projector was released in 2006 and is officially no longer distributed by Epson USA.
