Equipped with LCD technology, the Epson USA PowerLite 1224 offers 3200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 15000:1 and is designed as a versatile projector. According to Epson USA, the included lamp lasts up to 5000 hours, which amounts to roughly 6.8 years at 2 hours of daily use. To ensure a rectangular image even with asymmetrical placement, the projector includes digital keystone correction for both the horizontal and vertical axes. A look at the light output reveals: The 3200 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 493 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 329 cm. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. This model dates back to 2015 and is no longer part of Epson USA's current product range.
