A projector from Epson USA is the Movie Mate 50, whose LCD model delivers 1000 ANSI lumens, a resolution of WVGA 854 x 480 and a contrast of 300:1. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 2000 hours before a replacement is necessary. Looking at practical performance, up to 321 cm can be illuminated with 1000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 214 cm. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. This model dates back to 2007 and is no longer part of Epson USA's current product range.
