The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 5000 hours for this projector's lamp, achieving a lifespan of 6.8 years when used for 2 hours a day. The short-throw capabilities allow for large images at a short projection distance. According to specifications, a 2-meter wide image requires a distance of only 110 cm. A look at the light output reveals: The 3200 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 493 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 329 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2014 and is officially no longer distributed by Epson USA.
