The technical data of the Epson USA PowerLite 1850W includes 3700 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2500:1 as well as a WXGA 1280 x 800 display. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 3000 hours before a replacement is necessary. For basic image adjustment, the device is equipped with horizontal and vertical keystone correction, allowing digital compensation for trapezoidal distortion at angled projection setups. Looking at practical performance, up to 618 cm can be illuminated with 3700 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 412 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Since entering the market in 2011, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
