Known as the PowerLite 2065, this Laser-LCD projector by Epson USA features basic specs of 5500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 15000:1 at a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. According to Epson USA, the lamp has a durability of 5000 hours – mathematically sufficient for 6.8 years based on two hours of use per day. For basic image adjustment, the device is equipped with horizontal and vertical keystone correction, allowing digital compensation for trapezoidal distortion at angled projection setups. A look at the light output reveals: The 5500 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 646 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 431 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. Thanks to MHL support, screen content from mobile devices can be transmitted via cable, including charging power for the device. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. This model dates back to 2017 and is no longer part of Epson USA's current product range.
