As a projector, the Epson USA Home Cinema 760 combines LCD technology with a resolution of WXGA 1280 x 800, and is additionally specified with 3300 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 15000:1. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 6000 hours – mathematically sufficient for 8.2 years based on two hours of use per day. For basic image adjustment, the device is equipped with horizontal and vertical keystone correction, allowing digital compensation for trapezoidal distortion at angled projection setups. Looking at practical performance, up to 584 cm can be illuminated with 3300 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 389 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. Since entering the market in 2017, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
