Categorized in the Event segment, the I65-4K16 projector from Barco projects with a WUXGA 1920 x 1200 resolution, alongside 18750 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 1600:1. With its laser unit, the projector offers a specified light lifespan of 20000 hours – equivalent to a usable life of 13.7 years at 4 hours a day. The optical system is designed for the use of interchangeable lenses, allowing for a tailor-made configuration for almost any throw ratio. The Lens Calculator is available to calculate the exact dimensions. To make performance data comparable based on the ISO lumen values, we calculated an approximate ANSI lumen value. Regarding projection size, the value of 18750 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 1270 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 847 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K. Furthermore, the model supports 360° projections for highly flexible deployment scenarios. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance.
