The technical data of the Barco DP4K 30L includes 28000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2500:1 as well as a UHD (4K+2K) 4096 x 2160 display. This is a laser projector with a light source designed to last for 30000 hours, covering an estimated 20.5 years based on a 4-hour daily runtime. In terms of image alignment, the model offers an optical lens shift function, allowing the image to be shifted on the projection surface without any loss of quality. A major advantage for professional installations is the ability to use interchangeable lenses, allowing the projector to adapt to highly varied projection distances. Which optic is required for a specific case can easily be calculated via the Distance Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 729 cm can be illuminated with 28000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 486 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P and 4K as well as 3D, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket.
