The I600-4K10 model is a 3D-Laser-DLP projector from Barco, intended for Event applications, offering 10000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 1200:1 at UHD (4K2K+) 3840 x 2400. With its laser unit, the projector offers a specified light lifespan of 20000 hours – equivalent to a usable life of 13.7 years at 4 hours a day. In terms of image alignment, the model offers an optical lens shift function, allowing the image to be shifted on the projection surface without any loss of quality. Thanks to the interchangeable lens system, the device can be equipped with optional lenses to react flexibly to different room sizes. Exact values for specific rooms are provided by the Distance Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 10000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 871 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 581 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K as well as 3D are supported. Furthermore, the model supports 360° projections for highly flexible deployment scenarios. Connectivity for fixed installations is rounded off by an RJ45 port for remote maintenance and an HDBaseT interface, which transmits bundled video, audio, and control data over long cable runs. Since the projector supports optional Miracast and Airplay screen mirroring, video signals can also be streamed wirelessly from the end device.
