With the IQ G400, Barco offers a LCD projector that features 4200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 400:1 and a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 1000 hours for this projector's lamp. The specifications indicate lens shift optics, allowing the image to be physically shifted without introducing digital image artifacts. The specifications identify the device as a model with an interchangeable lens option. Matching optional optics allow for exact adaptation to the required image size and projection distance, which can be calculated directly with the Lens Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 4200 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 564 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 376 cm. This model dates back to 2002 and is no longer part of Barco's current product range.
