The equipment of the Barco RLM G5 Performer projector includes 4000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 900:1 with a XGA 1024 x 768 display. According to Barco, the lamp has a durability of 1000 hours. An integrated lens shift provides significant leeway for placement. The lens can be adjusted to precisely align the image even with off-center installations. To meet a wide variety of installation conditions, the projector offers the option of using different interchangeable lenses. Verifying the respective distances is easily possible via the Projection Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 551 cm can be illuminated with 4000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 367 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. This model dates back to 2004 and is no longer part of Barco's current product range. For your information: Compatible lamps for this device are no longer available in stores.
