Categorized in the Homecinema segment, the G60-W8 projector from Barco projects with a WUXGA 1920 x 1200 resolution, alongside 8000 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 100000:1. The laser technology ensures a specified light source lifespan of up to 20000 hours, covering an estimated 13.7 years based on a 4-hour daily runtime. The projector is offered by the manufacturer in both white and black housing variants. To meet a wide variety of installation conditions, the projector offers the option of using different interchangeable lenses. Regarding projection size, the value of 8000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 909 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 606 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D, and also offers the technical capability for 360° projection. Connectivity for fixed installations is rounded off by an RJ45 port for remote maintenance and an HDBaseT interface, which transmits bundled video, audio, and control data over long cable runs.
