As a projector, the Epson USA PowerLite 1266 combines LCD technology with a resolution of WXGA 1280 x 800, and is additionally specified with 3600 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 15000:1. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 6000 hours for this projector's lamp, achieving a lifespan of 8.2 years when used for 2 hours a day. The image geometry can be adjusted via the built-in keystone correction so that a clean, rectangular display is achieved even with non-ideal placement. A look at the light output reveals: The 3600 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 610 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 407 cm. This model dates back to 2017 and is no longer part of Epson USA's current product range.
