The equipment of the Barco F80-4K9 projector includes 9000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 1300:1 with a WQXGA 2560 x 1600 display. The laser technology ensures a specified light source lifespan of up to 40000 hours – calculating to 27.4 years at four hours of use per day. Thanks to the interchangeable lens system, the device can be equipped with optional lenses to react flexibly to different room sizes. Exact values for specific rooms are provided by the Projector Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 9000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 826 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 551 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K as well as 3D. An additional 360° projection capability allows the device to be oriented at almost any angle. A massive advantage for fixed installations is the HDBaseT interface, which transmits video, audio, and control signals losslessly over long cable runs.
